Nickel Plated aluminum bus bar

Process characteristics:
(1) the coating thickness is very uniform inside and outside, without edge effect.It is especially suitable for surface processing of workpiece with complicated shape, cavity, deep hole and inner wall of pipe fitting.
(2) the binding force of electroless plating is generally better than electroplating several times.The coating has a bright or semi-bright appearance, the coating is fine, low porosity.
(3) the coating is compact, no hole, corrosion resistance is far better than electroplating nickel, in a certain situation can be used on behalf of the stainless steel
(4) the coating can be controlled as magnetic or non-magnetic
(5) good brazing performance
(6) electroless nickel plating layer hardness is high, can be adjusted through heat treatment, wear resistance is good, good moisture resistance.
