Electrical aluminum bus bar 6063 T6

Electrical aluminum bus bar is mainly used for electrical engineering of high and low voltage electrical appliances, switch contacts, power distribution equipment, busbar trunking, etc. As a conductive bus, it has the advantages of low resistivity and large bendability.




According to the previous production experience, low voltage, high current, we use the most common 6063 T6 aluminum bus bar material. If it is used for mechanical equipment, it is recommended to use pure aluminum ,Electrical aluminum bus bar  1060/1070 O series materials, aluminum busbars can be used in the power distribution cabinet. In the first 20 years, it was basically an aluminum bus. However, the strength of the aluminum busbar is low, so in order to meet the requirements of the dynamic stability of the switchgear, it is often necessary to select an aluminum busbar with a larger cross section or to provide more supporting insulators. If an electrical aluminum busbar is used, the aluminum busbar is connected to the copper busbar or copper. When the core cable is connected to the aluminum busbar, a copper clad aluminum joint must be used, otherwise the electrical corrosion will corrode the copper material.
