6101 aluminium alloy, American deformed aluminium alloy. 6101 Aluminum and its alloys have many advantages, such as good conductivity, fast heat transfer, light specific gravity and easy forming, but they have some disadvantages, such as low hardness, no wear resistance, easy intergranular corrosion, difficult welding and so on, which affect the scope of application. Henan Signi Aluminum Co., Ltd. produces 6101 T61 T64 nickel-plated aluminium busbar with a nickel-plated thickness of 2 to 5 microns, which is a high-strength conductive material. The conductivity of 55% IACS guarantees good corrosion resistance and weld ability. It is used for processing high strength bus conductors. Nickel plating on 6101 T61 T64 aluminium busbar has high stability in air. Because of the strong passivation ability of nickel metal, a very thin passivation film can be quickly formed on the surface, which can resist the corrosion of atmosphere, alkali and some acids.
